"I just wanted to send you guys a quick note to say thank you so much for everything you guys have done for me so far. You guys have given me back my confidence. For the first time in a long time I got dressed today and actually looked in the mirror and felt good about myself. That is a huge gift. I told Eric the other day that I look forward to going to the gym. He almost fell off his chair. I used to dread it!!! I would think of every excuse I could to get out of going and now it is a treat. The atmosphere you have in your gym is something that the Goodlifes and the World Healths etc. will never have. You guys care about every single person in that gym of yours and it shows. "I just wanted to pass on my comments on my personal training experience at Hards-Way. I cam to Hards-Way because I feel that I have been working out on my own, with minimal results. I needed the extra boost, before I move on to RCMP training depot. I am extremely pleased with my results that we have achieved in one month. "Hards-Way is a great facility where there is always an atmosphere of encouragement. The trainers set programs and goals which are challenging, but also achievable. Rarely have I left the facility without hearing 'You're doing good,' 'Good work,' or 'You're looking good.' It is this 'you can do it' environment which has allowed me to achieve my goals. There is still work to do but some of the great things I have achieved are:

  • Smaller, tighter, higher butt!
  • I can keep up with my 5 year old without fear of a heart attack
  • I can lay on a beach for a week and not spend the entire time worrying about how enormous I look in a bathing suit
  • I occasionaly eat dessert without having to starve myself for a week
